Due to my husband and I having severe physical injuries I wasn't able to be as prepared for them as I would have liked but they walked in didn't bat an eye, loaded boxes that I needed, half the apartment was to be junked the other half was taking it to be moved, they got everything out in perfect order with a great attitude, lots of questions so as not to make any mistakes and throw the wrong thing away, really personable, fast hard-working guys...... the lady on the phone whose name I can't remember who I did the business with directly was an absolute doll. She knew of our situation and how we had to get out quickly and she made it all happen so easily and so nicely and with so much compassion...... I couldn't believe how fast and expedient they emptied out that apartment....... a week later I realized in the new place I needed a bed and a dresser moved out to a garage, I was lucky that they happened to be in my area in that day in Palm Desert and they were at my house in about 3 or 4 hours and it took him 15 minutes to move the stuff out where I needed it......and since I had them for an hour time frame they were looking around for things that I might want them to move or help me with.
